As a Certified Master Personal Trainer (AAAI/ISMA est. 2012), and someone who has proudly worked within the fitness community — training many United States Marines, then Personal Training for Years, including my valued experience at the YMCA, volunteering experience with the local schools, Coaching for the local Youth Soccer League and recently working with the NAMI foundation of Montgomery County — I’ve seen firsthand what truly helping people succeed at various levels can accomplish, what inspires lasting change, and where that positive energy has it's lasting effects.
ModeratioNation is my next step towards that growth.

Meet Coach Sean!
Hi — I’m Sean Soley.
I’m a Certified Master Personal Trainer, Marine Corps veteran, wellness coach, and father who believes real strength is built through consistency, community, and self-respect.
Fitness changed my life more than once. Through training, structure, and accountability, I’ve rebuilt myself physically and mentally—and I’ve had the privilege of helping others do the same. From youth athletes to veterans, beginners to seasoned gym-goers, I’ve coached people through challenges that extend far beyond the weight room.
My background blends hands-on fitness coaching with leadership, operations, and analytics. I hold an MBA, have over a decade of professional experience, and I’ve led teams of 40+ in high-pressure environments. What ties it all together is a simple goal: help people feel stronger, safer, and more confident in their own bodies and lives.
I bring discipline when it’s needed, humor when it helps, and empathy always. I take my responsibility to my clients seriously—because when someone trusts you with their health, their time, and their goals, that trust matters.
ModeratioNation was born from that belief.
This isn’t about chasing perfection or comparison. It’s about learning what your body needs, embracing where you are right now, and creating habits that support the life you want to live.
